Terms to start a project
Deposit & payments
- A 50% deposit is required to start the work
- The deposit secures production time and preparation and is non-refundable once work has started
- The remaining 50% is paid after delivery of the agreed scope and before final files are released
- All AI-related tool costs are included in the project fee
Project start
- Work starts after: deposit received + brief confirmed + all required materials provided (product photos / logo / guidelines / references)
- Timeline is counted from the confirmed start date
Revisions
- Revisions are included as stated in each package.
- Any additional revision rounds are billed separately (€55 / round)
Cancellation / pause
- If the project is paused or cancelled by the client after the start, completed work is billed; the deposit remains non-refundable

what to know
AI is a powerful tool, but it doesn’t guarantee an exact reference match: outputs are variable and depend on inputs, stylistic constraints, and the model.
A 1:1 replication is not always feasible, especially for highly specific style targets. The best result typically comes through iteration and selection from multiple options — and can sometimes outperform the initial direction.
